LBWco truly believes that having the right team around us is the key to our shared success and that looking after our people is a privilege.

We do work hard but we have a range of initiatives that enable our people to combine their professional roles with a full personal life. From our flexible working arrangements to our Celebration Day, our Connections Calander to our Lunch and Learns, there are times for work and times for play.
